so I have a question my 4 month old has come down with a cold. she has no fever just congestion and a horse voice. I took her to the er and was told just a uri. I'm so heartbroken and lost on what to do. I've been doing the basics so does anyone have any tips or suggestions? I just wanna make her comfortable

never put vapor rub on a babies chest! put it on their feet with socks. the nose Frida is amazing!

the zarbees, the nose Frida, and baby chest rub on the chest near the lungs, and the back, also the bottom of your baby's feet with socks. :)
They make a cold and mucus meds for infants 2 months and up it's zarbees it says two months on box I found it at Walmart
I'll have to get a nose Friday tomorrow!! all I've got is the one from the hospital 😕
