Working moms, what is a reasonable daycare price per month? or individual caregiver?

Like @lovingmatheo said, the younger the child the more the cost (they caregivers have a smaller ratio of children to teachers at a young age) mine is 3.5 years and it's still $1,250. I now see why moms say it's cheaper to stay home lol!!!

in Dallas a Montessori is 1,000+ and day cares are 700-1200.

Cheapest one near me is $2,000 for a baby as small as my son. Home day cares are way cheaper

@green7dusty, I think it depends on the area and which kind of school you take them to. My son goes to a montessori school and we pay $1,250/month. I have other friends who take their little ones to other places and they pay around $800/month
