When should I go to the hospital? I've been having what I believe are contractions since 5pm and they are about 3-4 min apart and last about 40 sec. I just don't want to show up it be a false alarm.

I would go in. mine were 4 minutes apart, lasting about a minute..I went in & was dilated to a 1. then 2 hours later I was at a 2. they admitted me and a couple hours later i was at a 3..got my epidural at a 4 then they started oxytocin. it could be time. u could have your baby by morning😍
My dr told me today anything under 4 minutes to go to labor and delivery.
Call your doctor or just call L&D....you're contracting close enough that it may not be a falsie....either way better to check.
If they are that close together call your doctor ASAP
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
