@clary19, talk talk talk , to ppl experiencing the same as u...ive found that very helpful and really gets me out of it.....im kinda getting out of that funk my self, i am now almost 10 weeks... but when i was around ur time i felr real bad too,i would pray pray pray....if u need to talk hun u can always hit me up..hope u start to feel better

Try doing some of the things you really enjoy. For me that's going for walks, listening to music, doing some yoga, getting a pedicure... that kind of stuff.

Sometimes we can get depressed or emotional while pregnant . You have a lot going inside you right now
