Any ways to naturally induce labor work for any of you? I want to try castor oil but I'm scared to

I went on two walks. One when the contractions weren't really bad just uncomfortable for like 45 minutes and then again when they were way worse a few hours later and only for 20 minutes because they hurt so bad I was stopping and crying and could barely walk so then I went to the hospital

Walking! I walked while having contractions and it intensified them so much. Got me dilated from half a centimeter to 5 centimeters by the end of the night, then I had my son. Good luck!!

please do not try castor oil... it's dangerous... walking sex bouncing on a yoga ball squats or warm baths are all helpful
