Does anyone know what this could be.. I have a lump a couple inches from my belly button I thought my abs where coming back but it feels round?

Possible. Anytime you push really hard it can happen. It's not urgent unless your skin is red or it's painful to touch but you should still get it looked at. My mother in law has one currently, she made me feel it the other day. It's the size of a softball.
