Our little Cubs is about to be 4 months. 😍😍 I discovered a lip tie last week. 😩 It's hard to imagine having to do those exercises everyday while she's in pain. Ugh. But I have to get this procedure done. $800. We're pretty stressed out.
Mom advice: Have your newborn's mouth checked by an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. They will be your best bet at getting an accurate mouth exam for a lip or tongue tie.
I wish someone had told me this sooner! Our insurance (State Medicaid) would have covered an $800 procedure but only in her first 30 days of life!

Why Are Many Women Unaware of Their Own Anatomy?
the amount of women who are clueless about their own anatomy is so sad and shocking. a lot of the women are older than me and have more children then I do 😳
now I understand that everyone has their own opinion on the topic and grown adults can do whatever they want with their bodies but to deny facts and make up false statements about your own anatomy when it comes to your unborn child is just so disappointing.
