It helps to increase your milk supply..and as long as your not buzz you can breast feed..for example if your buzzed just wait till your buzz goes away then u can feed your baby..u do not need to pump and dump..so enjoy 🙂

My aunt says beer actually helps increase your milk supply, And as long as you're not drunk you should be ok to breastfeed, if you're good to drive you're good to breastfeed
