So, 40 weeks tomorrow and got my midwife appointment - probably going to have a sweep. What should I expect? Someone told me it feels similar to a smear...?

Thanks @jasmineg2010, I'm hoping that it works cause I'm getting impatient now wishing away the time. Only been off works for two weeks but feels like forever. I'm apprehensive about someone fiddling around down there but I guess I should get used to it!! 🙈😂

I thought it was going to be painful but it was just like a normal internal examination just felt strange haha but I went into labour 2 days later at 10pm xx
