stitches then a glue on top. my stomach hung a bit so its hard. i put gauze then change em out every few hours. then shower. i used that hospital spray to spray on there and then i rinsed off with the shower head. when i dried up i would just lay down flat n let the fan dry the incision lol. then id put gauze again.

I had glue. It healed so well and quickly too!

i had stitches. and when i would shower i would just get a bowl and wet multiple rags and just clean my self like that. or i would get in the shower and cover my incision with a trash bag or a towel. But try to keep it dry!

Have u tried a panty liner? Try to cover it with a panty liner it'll soak up all the sweat specially if your tummy overlaps, they cut my staples the second day after my csection n put tape idk if that'll make a diffenece

I definitely agree.... I have to shower 2x daily.... but this was my 4th csection and of feels so different like the staples are on my vajay-jay... I do have the lil overlap of the lower belly so ughhhhh

I had staples, air dry it after every shower very good and keep it dry and clean as much as possible specially during this heat
