So I'm giving my baby formula and breast milk I would only give him breast milk but I don't make enough what can I eat or drink to be able to produce enough and also I have to pump since he doesn't like it straight from my boob he doesn't like to struggle just like his mommy lol anyways any advise girls

Well I tried making him latch I even got that nipple shield and he didn't want it but now that the days are going by I see more milk hopefully it stays like that @jovromero but thanks for the tips I'm going to start drinking more fluids to see if it helps me more

latch him on that's the only way that I've produced more I do both as well but my baby is tongue tide so I have to snip his toungue so it won't hurt me so til then I'm giving him both formula breast and pumped out milk. I eat a lot of soups and drink a lot of fluids. I'm pumping a lot of milk out now and remember your baby is little so he doesn't need much.
