Haha I freaked out when my son's nipples leaked, but it's my hormones in him. As for the mini period - my friends daughter went through that, she freaked also. Apparently it's all normal, it happens to some and skips others. Lol

@cookiemonster1216, no way! I think three of mine did. My sister called me once freaking out saying she was going to the er cause he baby was bleeding. Turned out that's what it was!

I have five little sisters, tons of friends with daughters, and a niece! No one ever had that happen!

@cookiemonster1216, i knew about the girls bleeding thing, I have a ton of nieces! I knew men could produce milk, but for some reason I didn't know baby boys could actually leak milk! Haha. It's crazy!

Both boys and girls can do it! They can also get clogged ducts themselves! A 4wk old baby boy I knew got mastitis because of it!! Hospitalized for almost 4 days! Baby girls can also get their first "mini period" from the hormones! I didn't know that, so when I found blood in my dd's diaper I freaked out! But apparently it's fairly common! whaaaaat

Oh gosh! I had no idea that could happen!

@keepingupwithhenry, yes! I found a lump under his nipple and brought him to the Dr (he's almost a month old) the Dr checked and said it was just a gland and not to worry if he starts lactating, which he is now!!! Apparently it's from my hormones. Yikes!
