I'm so desperate my baby is such a bad sleeper he's 11months old. I am trying the CIO method right now for his nap but Im getting more fustruated by the hour. please any tips on how I can get this to work? I can't be rocking or nursing him to sleep every time!

I had to let my son cry in his basinet a few time. before I moved in with my boyfriend, my son slept with me the first few months. it's awful. but i knew we wasn't hungry, had a clean diaper, was warm enough, he was just spoiled lol you got this mama.
My son was the same way I converted to patting his back but if u don't break it they'll never be able to my son is two and I still have to pay his back i stopped having to rock him around 18 months I'm slowly converting him to sleeping on his own by laying next to him
I always nurse him or rock him to sleep. I try to sing to him or bath him first but when it comes to sleep he HAS to be nursed or rocked. @novaskyy

What other methods have u tried? Besides CIO
I wish I had answers for you! My oldest just turned 4 and just started going to sleep on her own a few weeks ago... Before that I would have to lay with her until she fell asleep or she would scream til she'd hyperventilate and sometimes even make herself sick. Then I have my son who is 1 1/2 and has always been able to fall asleep on his own and actually prefers it. Every child is so different.
