I think he'll be okay with a little in a bottle. Just not every bottle. When I did my sons I'd give him a bottle with a little in the morning and at night.

My son had cereal in his bottle at I think 2-3 months. And I would believe that babies only need milk until one because milk wasn't enough for my son. He was eating mashed potatoes and 10 months old because it made him full and help him gain weight which wasn't happening with him just drinking milk. If you think your baby is ready than do it. You know your child better than anyone else

don't belive the whole can't feed cereal until 6 months. my mom was adding a teaspoon of cereal to my bottle my first week because I was eating so much. my doctor told her. so ask your doctor.

cereal is a solid. it's not recommended even once the baby begins solids to add it to a bottle.

Cereal has no nutritional value and can cause constipation
