what can you do to a company you work for that did you dirty during your leave? So my leave they told me to come back when I was ready.. I come back and all of a sudden they have no spot for me. was depending on a job that I had and even they screwed me over . i can't even provide for my daughter ;/

yes unfortunately they have that right. unless you fill out that paper work for FMLA before your leave your job is not secure :(

FMLA is what company's have to secure your job. Its paper work you and your doctor fill out and then your company's HR goes through it and then approves it. Without FMLA your job is not secure if you leave
FMLA paperwork is the family medical leave act that protects your job of your on leave. If you don't file I don't think there's a way for you to fall under it. Try googling FMLA guidelines and see if that helps any. Good luck!
I have no idea what that is? never mentioned it to me and since this is my first baby I never knew the steps.
I'm not sure, you'll have to read through the guidelines but as far as I know that's the only thing that can protect your job while you're out.
