breastfeeding helps but you still get a little pouch even if you lose. I'm past my pre pregnancy and I still have a pouch. You gotta work your abdominals if you want to tone it back
I had my son a week ago and I'm one pound away from my pre pregnancy weight. my belly feels like jiggly still and I'm definitely wider than before baby. my belly doesn't look the same. i was told it never will lol
