We took one of her burp cloths to him while she was in the hospital, he got her scent and honestly they're the best of friends now.

when u r baby is born take his or her blanket and take it home. leave it at your dogs bed or wherever he sleeps.... the dog gets familiar of the scent and when u bring baby home.... he will recognize the smell.... how old is your dog
