Has any one ever got a faint faint positive line on a test while using Mirena? I got mine inserted in the beginning of June and have had my period on and off since but I took a test just because I told myself I would just to be sure!

I keep looking at this test and this really faint line and I'm driving myself crazy. I have got to buy a test today and test tomorrow morning.
Has anyone ever got a faint faint positive on a dollar tree test and be pregnant I have never even got a faint positive on these ?
So I scheduled my appointment for Thursday when my insurance is active! I'm just wondering if I should pay out of pocket to get a blood test done at this point 😩. I hadn't been testing with fmu, so I just thought.. Let me test with my $1 test with fmu and see what happens (I've been testing with frer only - 1st Pic is the last one I took on Sat) and I got a faint line I think.. I've been getting negative with frer. 🤔 I feel like I'm going to drive myself crazy testing because I have to wait for my appointment or to bleed and I just don't know what's going on 😂😂😪
