Baby acne😠😑😦

I know how you feel, little girl has it on her face, back of her head/neck and even her back 😞 I wipe her face with baby wipes through out the day though and it seems to help out a lot. Also when they cry or fuss it can make it more noticeable. But they say after 6 months they shouldn't have it anymore

I'm use warm water, it has gotten better but it's still there

Try aquafor for babies it worked on my baby

Just make sure you don't use soap, it made her break out even more

No soap just water but it's driving me crazy.
