picture on the left is from thursday one on the right is today. people kept saying it's baby acne so i didn't call his doctor but to me it seems to be getting worse. it's only on his face and neck though

baby acne, my son has it really bad. it will probably get worse. don't panic if it spreads to shoulders or chest. wash it with a gentle soap and apply some lotion or petroleum jelly.

You can ask your doc just to ease your mind though. You don't want to be stressing when there's no need💕

I think my sisters doc just told her it was the hormones regulating in him..

@autumnsmomma125, it just freaks me out. it was going away and then now it's awful.

That's how my nephews baby acne looked. It eventually went away. It got pretty bad for a bit though

I'm dealing with the same thing with my baby, and what I think is cradle cap on her face. Going to her pedi tomorrow.
