So I've decided to really make a change in my life..
I'm tired of letting food rule my life. Feeling trapped in excess fat, always being tired from the junk food I eat, and just looking in the mirror disgustedly.
I've tried before but I've decided there is no way I am giving up this time. So I made an Instagram to keep track of my progress, and post healthy meals and motivation. The main reason for the page is to motivate myself and hopefully show others they can do they same. Focusing on this Instagram is helping me want to keep going.
