Has anyone tried KT tape? While pregnant or not? I have a bad back without pregnancy, and I did something wicked to my back today. I'm curious if the tape actually works to alleviate pain.

YouTube has tons of videos. And honestly they have tons of videos on the KT tape website, I bet they will have videos for pregnancy too.

I have used it for sports events for my knees and ankles and it is amazing, I can't see how it would disappoint in using for pregnancy! Once I get big I will definitely be giving it a try!

i used it on my wrists because my hands fall asleep at night and it worked great! haven't tried it on any other body part.
