Oh wow that's crazy....well I'm seeing that walking for an hour or more really does help dilate so that's what I need to do today is just walk @autumnrae

I was getting horrible contractions one night about 5 minutes apart and was at 1cm. ended up at the hospital the next evenening at a one and was told to walk but at this point I was throwing up with every contraction so I hung out by the bathroom not walk! came back hadn't dialated anymore and they tried having me walk again, I was too dehydrated and asked for fluids instead, sitting there I went from a 1 to a 4 in half hour!

But yea when I first got there my contractions weren't so close but my husband was freaking out. Within an hour it changed though!! I felt as if no time went in between contractions. 😬 Just walk, walk, walk!!!

Baby may be coming soon! But some women stay stuck for awhile. 😕 Just keep up count with contractions and go from there.

See when I went my contractions were 2-4 minutes apart but I still didn't dilate and I've been walking.....maybe if I walk more today I'll dilate more you think?cuz I'm having the contractions I'm just not dilating😩 @emc229

When I got to the hospital with contractions with my second, contractions were 8-10 mins apart and I was 1 cm dilated. They told me to walk the halls for an hour since they couldn't keep me till I was at least 3-4 cm dilated. So I walked and came back and was at 2cm. They tried to send me home but I asked if I could walk again and they let me. My contractions got worse and worse and after an hour passed, I came back and was at 4cm! It came out of nowhere lol. With my first, I went to the hospital and was 1 cm and they just sent me home. I got home, lost my plug and hell unleashed lol. I went back to the hospital an hour later and was at 4cm and they finally let me stay. 😊
