You can start with rice cereal, move on to oatmeal cereal, then start fruits or veggies however you want it doesn't make a difference. Make sure you wait at least three days to introduce something new. Some allergies take up to three days to show. You'll start with only once a day. With the mid morning feeding. Then twice a day, mid morning and lunch. For fruits/veggies you steam them for about 5-6mins and then you liquify it in a blender or smash it however you prefer. If you need an even more liquid consistency you can add formula/breastmilk/water (whichever). He'll start eating around 1tbsp or 2 oz. I prefer preparing meals myself. Tastes a lot better than what you find at supermarkets. Hope that helps 😉 good luck!

At this age I introduced purees for my son feeding him once a day. Started with vegetable purée (simply because the fruit ones are sweet and babies might refuse veggie ones after). Don't force your baby to finish the entire can at ones, it's not necessary. Start by giving one type for couple days in a row to see if she doesn't have an allergy and then you can introduce another type. Read some more on how to introduce solids because it's a lot to write 😄😂
