Try to avoid hot showers, it stimulates them and makes them leak, also if they hurt, wear a sports bra and put cold wet washrags in the fridge for an hour or so then take them off and lay them on your chest, if you want it to be faster you can stick them in the freezer for a few minutes! Mine dried up in 2 days doing that. I've also heard putting cabbage leaves in the freezer and putting them on your chest! Hope you get some relief soon :)
