Had another scan to day and my poor little boys has kidney reflux web nod about it for a while now last time he was checked it was 7.2 and it's gone up to 9 today I was told if it started to go down or stayed the same it would sort it's self out but now as its gone up they don't think it well he's definitely going to need medication but if it gets to 10 that means he will need further treatment not sure what that means yet as they've told me they're going to keep a check on it and if it gets to that stage they will refer me to the baby doctors (rather then the pregnancy ones) to tell us our opinions has anyone else had this problem and dose anyone have any advice not even sure what out opinions will be Ino there's a chance of him having one out but that's worse case sorry for the long post but going out of my mind with worry xx

Think you @zaralee71 that's reassuring my brother had this but not as bad he just needed the meds hopefully that's all my little boy will need but want to be prepared for everything he's kidney is working at the minute but slowly xx
hey, I had a urinary reflux when I was a baby. I now only have one functioning kidney, the other one became too scarred to function at all. I had an OP when I was a baby, they injected something in me to stop the reflux. I still have both kidneys inside me and they will only take the 'dead' one out if it causes me problems but I haven't had any so far xx

the amount of women who are clueless about their own anatomy is so sad and shocking. a lot of the women are older than me and have more children then I do 😳
now I understand that everyone has their own opinion on the topic and grown adults can do whatever they want with their bodies but to deny facts and make up false statements about your own anatomy when it comes to your unborn child is just so disappointing.
