Anyone have some tips for relieving really bad nipple pain? I haven't had any nipple pain the whole time I've breastfed and pumped these past 8 months but now my nipples (one in particular) is soooooo sore it makes me want to cry. 😭😭😭

Lansinoh lanolin (think i spelled it rite) it's thick and puts a barrier on so your nips don't dry out and crack and bleed I had to use it with my oldest because mine did crack and bleed but a few days of that healed it up.
