I'm 34 weeks and lost my mucus plug today at my baby shower! And been contracting all day! What the hell is up!?

I lost my mucus plug last Friday, and every one kept saying "your fine its normal" and I was 30 weeks and 6 days.. My water broke Sunday at 1am at exactly 31 weeks and Ive been in the hospital since. If you feel like your in labor go straight to the hospital. If I wouldn't have gone Saturday before my water broke I would have never got the steroid shots that helped my babies lungs develop.

Yeah I know it regurgitates, but I'm just wondering what's going. Like I thought it took a while after u loose it to contract! It's my 3rd baby and first mucus plug lol

Maybe BH? 😕 you can loose your plug and it can grow back.
