I completely understand how working in a call center can get annoying, and it can piss you off in .5 seconds.. but don't answer the phone with a fucking attitude and don't continue to give me attitude when I'm trying to be polite and as nice as humanly possible... I try my hardest to be nice and polite when I talk to someone in a call center, but I just couldn't do it today.. This woman kept talking over me and giving attitude.. I finally went the fuck off on her. let's just say she lost that attitude real quick. I'm not playing that game today.
As a former call center employee - I make it a habit to just ask to be transferred to a different agent of I feel like we are not communicating effectively. "You know this isn't working out, please transfer me to a different agent." If I get even a hint of attitude from that it turns into "Actually I think your direct supervisor would be better and NOT the escalation department I want your Team lead."
