Can spotting happen 12 days after conceiving? I took 3 test yesterday and got very faint lines so if I am pregnant I don't think it's implantation.. Anyone know?

Implantation happens about that time I've heard it's often confused with a light period

Spotting can happen at any time during pregnancy so long as it isn't dark red or fills a pad you should be fine :)

@desilu, yeah I'm trying to think when I spotted. I wasn't planning a pregnancy so I didn't really pay too much attention cause I was looking for me period. Lol
