Hey guys, im very positive im having Real contractions. 10 mins apart. Really hurt. trying to keep track throuought the night, cant sleep!

haven't had a bloody show & no water broken (same thing with my first one) feels like 2 knives being dug into my lower back shooting around to my front. they are regular. before this I was having frequent irregular BH few days prior. now it's just this horrible pain. I'm supposed to go all natural. HOW THE HELL AM I GOING TO SURVIVE THIS!?!

my gas was shut off (we haven't moved to our new place yet , May 1st,) so just freezing water :/ I miss taking warm baths 😢😢

Definitely contractions of you have the belt going on ( wrapping from back to front) ugh girl friend I feel bad have you tried a warm shower to relieve a bit? I found the water hitting my back helped a bit

could i be having a miscarriage So ive been having stomach. Cramps that come and go like im on my period i have not been bleeding or having any fever just the cramps. Is this normal? Its my first pregnancy and im 4weeks and 2 days
