thanks i will def try! ive been out of it since ive been home because they gave me pain meds at like 1 am for the contractions and it messed me up so bad. @stjudemom so tomorrow its on lol

of course by that time I had no room for the epidural so it was all natural. I wish you the best of luck momma... keep your body moving and get that baby to move lower and lower ...let me know what works...

same thing happened to me I was stuck at 4cm and got sent home several times.but I was having contractions..so I come home walked around my block several times until it was painful then went home and took me a bath ..no soap or nothing in the water tho..incase your water breaks while in the tub..but then I got out of the tub and no kidding not even 1 1/2 hrs later I was back in L&D and I was 8 1/2 ..

@cjd, thanks ill try. and @stjudemom they had me walk around l&d for 2 hours and didnt change so got sent home

if your water hasn't broken ..try a good walk and then take a warm bath..that helped me with my last
