does the raspberry leaf tea help induce labor? or what other ways can help to induce labor? curious to know my whole body is in so much pain and still no signs of labor yet

It doesn't help induce. Only for labor pains
^^^nipple stimulation does work when i had my baby the nurse told me to play with my nipples to make the medicine that theg gave me to get induced act faster i did n a lil after i was having really bad contractions she did say not to attempt it at home because of the fact that it can make ur babies heartbeat drop.
The only thing scientifically proven to induce labor naturally (not medicinally) is nipple stimulation. The rest that people will tell you may work but it honestly depends on your body. Some ways work for some and not for others.
I tried the tea it was gross and didn't work, nothing I tried worked except membrane sweeps
