you can shower him that much is fine . he will be okay use the Johnson baby wash with lotion :) . do you have a cradle cap brush if not you need that and wash his hair everyday till it's gone . that's what I did to get rid of my sons cradle cap @jennyolguin

I wouldn't. It'll dry out his skin. Secondly lotions aren't the best thing to use either.
