Anyone have any success stories with castor oil and labor?

I still don't know why you keep saying that lol I've done EVERYTHING on google known to man but it must be working I'm 2cm and 50% effaced 🤗

@14july2016, True everyone is different and I wasn't telling her to take it. I was just telling her about my experience using castor oil. I mean she asked for success stories using Castor oil, but that decision is up to her.

Keep looking for what? I've literally tried every labor inducing myth out there. Yes first and am being induced next week trying to avoid that so I can labor at home

@jace2016 everyone is different and reacts differently so that doesn't mean to tell her to take it it is so horrible for your baby and your body

I took 1tablespoon with my first child and it helped me go into labor and it didn't harm my child at all.

No I took it not knowing I was in labor I had just left the hospital lost my mucus plug and they had been stopping my labor usually when they gave me the meds to slow labor I wouldn't start back Laboring for another 2 weeks being as tho it had been happening since I was 29 weeks so I went home frustrated after losing my mucus plug being on bed rest for so long so I felt I'm finally full term I'm sick of this I took the castor oil and my water broke a few hours later but come to find out my dr felt they should have checked me again before I left that last time because he doesn't think the meds worked and really doesn't think the oil did it he said I was in labor anyways the meds just helped me not feel it

Dr said 3 tablespoons spaced out 3 hours each apart won't pass thru placenta and baby wouldn't be in any danger at all. Trying to avoid the induction next week. Want him to come out before then. @dlove2016 you think you were in labor then you took it?

Lol I took it but I don't know if it's what made me labor I think I was already in labor
