My SO's brother lives here for free, and doesn't clean up ANYTHING in the house at all, the only thing he does is his own laundry, and if I have laundry in the washer or dryer, he will throw it in the floor.. I've been begging my SO to say something to him but he never does, well today I finally went off because we are missing half of our dishes and they are piling up molding in his room and he ran up to me like he was going to hit me and started calling me a stupid bitch and told me to say another word and he was going to "show me how much of an asshole he can be" I told my SO and all he said was that I need to "Quit fighting with him over petty shit" I'm having a bad day :/

hell the fuck no. girl if you are high risk your putting everything at risk staying. what if he hits you let alone the stress it can all do harm
@2016stacys, my MIL has some heart problems, nothing extremely serious, but she acts like it's terrible so everyone pities her
@babyhorton16 I blew up a couple nights ago and told them off. I couldn't take anymore if my mil telling me she was going to kick my ass. I told her that if she didn't start respecting my house and my rules she would get home and her things will be packed and outside waiting on her.
If he can't stand up for you then he doesn't deserve you!
I know how hard it is. We were TTC for a year before it finally happened, and actually I was getting ready to pack up and move out because we were breaking up when I got pregnant, so we stuck it out and have been doing better, except for when it comes to his family because he won't say anything to them and he let's them walk all over me :/ I don't think he does it on purpose, he just doesn't want them making it worse on me @2016stacys
@babyhorton16, I'm sure it is worse for you because you're pregnant and don't need all the stress. My husband and I are ttc have been for 8 months and it's so hard because of all the stress.
@2016stacys, My MIL and BIL both live here too and they are both absolutely terrible to me, but today his brother is being awful..
You have to make a choice. Either you bring a baby into that environment or you get out. Regardless of how scared you are you have to do what's right for the baby. Who knows your so might tell his brother to leave instead. But you have to be serious and decide before it's too late
yea but you have to look at the safety of your child...what if he loses his temper like that around the baby and hurts them? i would rather be broke and living government assisted rather than have my child around an irresponsible lunatic.

That's what my mom told me. But I'm high risk so I can't work so if I do leave I would be living in my mom's house with absolutely no money to my name and that scares me. But his brother scares me too.
yep its one or the other. you cant have the crap arou d your baby! i had to kick my cousin out for that same reason! she hates my guts now but to be honest i couldn't care less
i say give your S/O an ultimatum. tell him his brother leaves or you do. that can be life threatening to you and the baby.
@babyhorton16, is money more important. youll figure things out. and if your man really cares after a few days he will reaize you mean business and do whats right
