My OB told me to eat normal breakfast. obviously nothing sweet, but to definitely eat. if you fast your results aren't as accurate as they would be by you maintaining your regular diet.

That's so strange, @hernommy I agree with you on that cause it seems like every doctor has a different way of doing things and calls it the "right" way. Like my doctor told me to not fast and to eat as I normally would because if I changed anything up the test wouldn't reflect how my sugar normally is. It made sense to me but seems there are so many doc's that tell their patients to fast and have nothing but water
