I used Palmers cocoa butter once a week. maybe. I have no idea how I don't have them. I went from 115 to 145 and have stayed that weight for about two months now and her due date is the tenth. I give credit to good genetics in the stretchy skin department. lol. but everyone I talked to told me to use Palmer's. so when I did feel a little itchy or stretched too tight - that was what I used. :)
