I'm having so much pelvic pain that I can barely walk and get out of bed. Can it be because I've dilated already?

All I can say is stretch to help open your hips. I'm 40 weeks and it hurts so much to roll over in bed or get out of a car. And I stretch before I go to bed and walking around (even though it hurts to put pressure on one of my legs) when I wake up help eases the pain some throughout the day.

I'm having the same problem it's called pelvic symphysis
