Last night my husband and I had sex. I'm having light spotting and cramping. It sounds like it's common but I can't help but freak out. Anyone else have experience with this? I'm just looking for some reassurance. I'm 36 weeks.

If you're worried, time them, if they get too close or too painful and you get worried, go in! The ladies at L&D are there for you!
@payitoffnow, I always get those after my husband and I have sex! They get to be 10min apart, I think I'm in labor annnnnd they just stop
I guess the cramping has me slightly more worried. There has only been a very small amount of blood...but the cramping. It's not like the Braxton hicks contractions...more like period pain.
It is normal! Don't worry:) If it becomes a heavy glow of blood like a period, that's when you should go get checked out.
i freakes out too when i had it with my second baby a couple times but my midwife says its common because u have so many more blood vessels down there now and as long as the blood stays light and cramping doesnt get consistent you are fine
