My show happened the morning of labor.

membrane strip doesn't do anything unless your body is ready anyway. just some spotting could be from your cervix getting irritated from being poked. but with my son and daughter, I had my bloody show (like panties full of bloody mucus) went into labor with my son that day (had him 3 days later though) and my daughter I had my bloody show, started having contractions, got to the hospital and my water started breaking. She was a c-section baby too so they got her out 2 hours after I got in
