Well on this website it says i should have 1300-1500 a day to lose weight (assuming not breastfeeding) then on this other site it says 2600 calories cos im breastfeeding. Im sticking around 1600 calories a day and hoping that will work but idk?
I thought it was an extra 300? I know how you feel though, I want to lose the baby weight. I just try to have healthy meals and snacks in between usually my lactating cookies or almonds and fruit
