to all the mammas who have low blood sugar I woke up twice heart pounding sweating hard time cooling off I'm not sure if my blood sugar dropped or hormones any guesses I have to get my tester on monday
Yup pb and j sand which before bed should help. Try to stay away from simple sugars such as candy and soda when your feeling faint. I've had low blood sugar since I was 4.
If it is happening nightly I'd have a small snack before bed to level you out

Probably your sugar, the juice and honey brought your glucose levels up so that you're not dizzy anymore.
the first time I woke up I was I had a juice box and some honey this time I'm eating pizza and orange juice not dizzy this last time
I'll try that tonight pb and j before bed usually I do 2 hard boiled eggs but I only had one last night before bed
