thank you ladies after 14 DAYS I'm finally doing fine no problem of pooping but my stitches still a lil bit hurt but not so much😊

I had 1st degree tear and I'm using the witch hazel pads to soothe just put them on your pad and when u pee use the bottle of warm water

There's a numbing spray I think it's like dermaplast or something. Usually they give it to you at the hospital but I had a third degree tear with my son and it worked amazingly.

Tucks were the best I literally put like 3 or four so they'd rest against the tears. Also, a warm water bottle to help dilute the acidity in your pee.

omgosh hugs first of all and congratulations. my cousin told me to use a bottle of warm water when you pee she tore when she had her baby in January I hope you feel better
