funny you posted about drinking tea, for the first time in my entire pregnancy I am enjoying a cup of chamomile tea and it's delicious. I was a little concerned because there's so much controversy on herbal teas during pregnancy but my doctor swears that this is safe and I am desperate to get a good night's sleep.
