Baby's umbilical cord stump is barely hanging on. He's 16 days old. It was crusty with blood around it so I cleaned it with warm water q tips and when I last changed his diaper it was hanging over the diaper. I've been letting it air out but it's been a scary experience with the little blood crusts and some dried blood under it. Ahhh baby was crying too so I thought I was hurting him but I think he's okay
