My son has had diarrhea every time he has pooped for the past 15 hours. He has pooped 5 times and each time has been really watery. Is it possible he has a cold or something? I'm not breastfeeding either. Thanks!

could be a number of things. maybe his formula, trying new foods, sick, ect. if it keeps happening, make sure he goes to the doctor and keep giving him fluids so he doesn't dehydrate. I think my son has a stomach virus since his poop is the same way and has a fever.

Diarrhea usually points to A gastrointestinal issue, not a cold. Like a stomach virus or something. I'd call the doc
