I'm 27 and I'm 18 weeks pregnant and I live in burns oregon and I'm trying to find some laws into the mother being primary custody of the child before going to court cus I can't afford to get full custody of the baby and I also don't know how to go about it in getting custody of the child and I'm also scared that he will try and kidnapped the baby while I only have primary custody of the child and scared that if he dose that theirs nothing I can do to get the child back cus theirs no court order stating that I have primary or custody and I need help in doing something like before the baby will be hear and how much the custody will cost to get please I need some help or something so I know and stuff
I had my child in Oregon and they made us sign a document saying that we both agree that he is the father. So if you don't sign that and he doesn't sign the birth certificate then he'll have to go through the court to prove paternity.
thanks ashsloan and yea he said once that he he won't pay for shit when I said it cost for court and stuff so I'm not sure but I just want to make sure I have no way of losing the baby
Also if you don't put him on the certificate you won't need custody you are the mom
Don't put his name on the birth certificate. Then he will have to pay for Dna testing and a lawyer and something tells me he probably won't want to do that. Secondly get a legal aid they should see how much you make and depending on that they will help you file for full custody for free or low cost
If he DOSE NOT sign the birth certificate then it's kidnapping !! you are the mother and as long as you are fit they won't give him custody until he files for it and then he will have to prove dna and then if that happened the baby will still be to small to stay away from yoy so you won't have to worry about that untill a year or so
research legal aide I heard they usually help for free to file for full custody
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
the amount of women who are clueless about their own anatomy is so sad and shocking. a lot of the women are older than me and have more children then I do 😳
now I understand that everyone has their own opinion on the topic and grown adults can do whatever they want with their bodies but to deny facts and make up false statements about your own anatomy when it comes to your unborn child is just so disappointing.

My husband and I aren’t exactly strangers when it comes to relationship challenges 💞. We have been together for 14 years and married for eight, so we’ve definitely gone through some growing pains as we navigated a long-distance relationship in college and our first year living together as a married 👫 couple.
But nothing has challenged our relationship quite like our first year as 👪 parents .
Before you have your first child, you have these grand ideas of what it will be like. There’s more slee...
