For moms who chose not to breastfeed...after your milk came in, how many days did it take for your milk to dry up? I have been totally engorged for the past 2.5 days and wondering how much longer I have. 😳😔

no problem! just takes time! and its a painful process. I hated those few days!

it took about 3-4 days for me. but I wore a tight sports bra and only messed with it to change my nursing pads to soak up any leaking. I took ibuprofen every 4 hours and never touched or expressed any milk out.
