went & got these trying something new...after I'm done my other ones it's time to start these prenatal...

eh pills lol just down them with a big glass of ice water. I take an additional folic acid supplement along with my zyrtec and vitamin D lol I thought about switching to the gummies with DHA but I compared the labels and they were def lacking compared to these!
